This is a Semi-Private class limited to 8 students. Total cost for this course is $200 per student.

We ask that COVID guidelines be followed. Classroom will be completely sanitized prior to class start, and hand sanitizer will be available.

This course instructed by either police instructor Joe Morgan or Ryan Doherty.  The instructors credentials can be viewed here. This class will provide the certificate needed to apply for your license to carry (LTC) or firearms identification card (FID). At the conclusion of the classroom portion (1:00pm), students will be given a brief lunch period. The shooting portion will begin at 2:00pm.

This is a comprehensive class covering the required topics such as basic firearm safety, proper etiquette, Massachusetts firearms laws, and how to apply for your permit. The shooting lesson consists of the principles of firearms marksmanship. Students will learn the mechanical aspect of what makes a good shooter, such as proper stance, grip, breath control, sight alignment and sight picture.
