This is a course instructed by police instructor Joe Morgan. The instructors credentials can be viewed here. This class will provide the certificate needed to apply for your license to carry (LTC) or firearms identification card (FID). Classroom portion will begin promptly at 9AM, and conclude at 1PM. Students will be given a 1 hour lunch break, and shooting will begin at 2PM and last until 3PM.
