A BASIC SAFETY COURSE IS A PRE-REQUISITE FOR THIS CLASS

The Beginner Pistol Course is a beginners’ handgun shooting program where you will learn the basics of safely shooting a pistol. The course is perfect for all levels of experience but is geared toward the novice.

This course covers basic handgun safety, loading, and unloading, the fundamentals of marksmanship (grip, stance, sight picture/alignment, trigger manipulation).

If you are looking for a handgun shooting lesson, this is your best starter class for handling a gun safely and effectively.

Our Firearms Instructor is a retired Marine First Sergeant having spent 23 years in the Corps. During his career he was a firearms instructor and a military police officer. He is a former prosecutor.

Our instructor has been teaching civilians for many years and has helped more than a thousand students get there license to carry. In addition to teaching beginners, he also offers intermediate and advanced gun training. He offers courses on defensive handgun training.
