Here is your chance...</strong>\n\nWe are hosting this NRA Home Firearm Safety (HFS) Instructor Course, instructed by TC David Lyne. If you would like to become an instructor for your own benefit, or if you wish to become certified to teach basic safety LTC classes in Massachusetts, this is your first step.\n<div class="answer">\n\n<strong>Short Description:</strong> This 16-hour course teaches the knowledge, skills and attitude essential to organizing, promoting and teaching NRA’s HFS Course.\n\n<strong>Prerequisite:</strong> Must have taken and passed the NRA HFS Course.\n\n<strong>Description:</strong> Course is presented in two parts: basic instructor training, and discipline specific instructor training. Students demonstrate organizational and teaching skills via participation in practical exercises during the course, and complete an instructor certification examination.
