DESCRIPTION:<strong>Interested in becoming an NRA Pistol Instructor? Here is your chance...</strong>\n\nWe are hosting this NRA Instructor Pistol Shooting Course, instructed by TC David Lyne. If you would like to become an instructor for your own benefit, or if you wish to become certified to teach basic safety LTC classes in Massachusetts, this is your first step.\n<div class="answer">\n\n<strong>Short Description:</strong> This 16-hour course teaches the knowledge, skills and attitude essential to organizing, promoting and teaching NRA’s Basic Pistol Shooting course.\n\n<strong>Prerequisite:</strong> Must have taken and passed the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course.\n\n<strong>Description:</strong> Course is presented in two parts: basic instructor training, and discipline specific instructor training. Students demonstrate organizational and teaching skills via participation in practical exercises during the course, and complete an instructor certification examination. Students will receive the NRA Trainer’s Guide, NRA Pistol Shooting Instructor Candidate Packet and NRA Basic Pistol Shooting course student packet.\n\n</div>\nAfter registering, you will be contacted by Joe from JM Instruction for further details on how to schedule your pre-qualification shooting test. Students must pass a shooting test that requires firing 20 rounds at a distance of 45 feet.
